Ethel M. Baker

DILLSBURG Ethel M. Baker, 92, formerly of Dillsburg, passed away Friday, November 15, 2013, at Bethany Village, Mechanicsburg. Ethel was the widow of Richard Lee Baker. She was born April 19, 1921, in Wellsville, the daughter of the late Willis A. and Mazie I. (Gettys) Wickey. She is survived by two sons, Kenneth E. Baker (Leslie) of York Springs, Roger L. Baker (Wanda) of West Fairview; two daughters, Barbara A. Shearer (Dale) of Springfield, Ga., and Lois E. Heagy (Frederick) of Middletown; and one brother, Walter A. Wickey of Dillsburg. She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. Ethel was preceded in death by her five sisters. Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg. Burial will be in the Franklin Cemetery, Dillsburg. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the , P.O.
