Lisa I. Grove-Samuelsen

Samuelsen YORK TWP. Lisa I. Grove-Samuelsen, 48, died March 8, 2013, at her residence. She was the wife of Steven L. Samuelsen of York, with whom she observed their 26th wedding anniversary on November 4, 2012. Born September 15, 1964, in York, she was the daughter of Teresa I. (Klinger) and John F. Grove, Jr. of Fort Meyers, Fla. Lisa was a member of the Board of Directors of the Utah Shakespeare Festival. She was also the former owner of the Lady Elizabeth Tea Room in Salt Lake City, Utah and was associated with York Graphic Services, Inc. and Graphic Travel in York. She attended Brigham Young University and was a member of the York 2nd Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In addition to her husband and loving parents, Lisa is survived by a son, Clayson G. Samuelsen of York; a daughter, Tessa I. G. Samuelsen of York; a brother, J. F. Grove, III of York; and a sister, Rachel K. Grove Schenk of Wallingford, Conn. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at the York 2nd Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2100 Hollywood Drive York with Duane Patterson of the Bishopric of the York 2nd Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, officiating. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery. A viewing will be held on Wednesday from 9 a.m. till the time of the service at the church.
