SPRINGETTSBURY TWP. James D. Annand, 69, of York, died at 12:18 a.m. Sunday, February 17, 2013, at his residence. He was the husband of Evelyn (Soling) Annand. Born April 15, 1943, in Philadelphia, a son of the late James and Victoria A. (Illick) Annand, he has a 1961 graduate of York Suburban High School and a 1965 graduate of Penn State University. He was an accountant, and was retired as owner of Melmark, Inc. Prior to that he worked as an accountant for Miller Associates and Valley Forge Investments. In addition to his wife, Mr. Annand is survived by a son, Mark Annand, and his wife Rose Ann, of North Wales; a daughter, Melissa Annand of Cambridge, Massachusetts; a step son, Luc St. Onge, and his wife Deb, of York; a step daughter, Nancy St. Onge, and her companion Kevin Joyce, of Queensbury, New York; four step grandchildren; a brother, Bob Annand, and his wife Shelley, of McLean, Virginia; a niece, Erica Jarvis; and a nephew, Rob Annand.
