WINTERSTOWN Robert L. Snyder, 77, of Felton, died Thursday, May 9, 2013, at York Hospital. He was the husband of the late Sarah A. (Keiser) Snyder. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 13, 2013, at the Codorus Church of the Brethren, 1129 Dunkard Valley Road, Dallastown (Route 214, one mile east of Loganville), with Pastor Larry Parlett officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion "Potosi" Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Mr. Snyder was born March 2, 1936, in Chanceford Township, a son of the late Luther A. and Agnes Jane (Craig) Snyder. He was a United States Army Veteran and had owned and operated Snyder's Firewood and Mulch in Winterstown for many years. He also farmed in the Winterstown area. Robert was a member of the Mt. Zion "Potosi" United Methodist Church, where he was the head of the cemetery committee for over 30 years and had served as a trustee of the church. He was also a member of the National Rifle Association and a member of the local Teamsters Union. He enjoyed hunting, working, and being outside. He leaves a daughter, Zee Lynn Snyder and her husband, Todd N. Travis of Rockville, Md.; and a sister, Goldie A. Snyder of Red Lion. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt.
