Shannon Lamar Martin, 36, passed unexpectedly on August 12, 2016.
Born on January 29, 1980, in York, he was the son of Robin L.Green and JC Martin.
He was a laborer in various factories.
Shannon leaves to cherish his memory, children, Nashalee T. Martin, Nireyshka N. Martin, Shannon K. Martin, Jr., Brianna R. Arnett; his parents; brother, Jarad Martin; sisters, Jacqueline Green, Teisha Green, India Green; grandmother, Dolly Martin; grandfather, Randolph "Slim" Salisbury; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Ann Green Stevenson; grandfather, Jimmie Martin, and a nephew, Jalique Scott.
A time of visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. Friday, August 19, 2016, at the Fairview Full Gospel Missionary Baptist Church, 465 S. Pine St., York. The Celebration of Life Services will begin at 11 a.m., with Pastor Robert Jamison officiating. Interment will be in Lebanon Cemetery, York.
Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with the arrangements.
