YORK Betty Jane (McCauslin) Geyer entered peacefully into her eternal rest surrounded by her loved ones on July 8, 2013. She was the beloved wife of Wilbur C. Geyer, Sr. to whom she was married for 33 years. She was pre-deceased by her parents, Glendline and Martin McCauslin, and sister Barbara McCauslin, with whom she will now be reunited and enjoy their eternal embrace and love. She was retired from Dallco Industries, Inc. having worked in the cutting department for 25 years, prior to that she was employed as a weaver with York Narrow Fabrics. Betty enjoyed spending time with her family, working in her yard, especially her pond, going to market on Saturday mornings, basket bingo and shopping. She was a devoted and loving mother, never hesitating to do without so she could provide for and help her family and friends. In addition to her husband, she will be dearly missed by two sisters, Hattie Lehigh and husband Glen, Judy Werner and husband Robert; five children; two daughters, Kathy A. Haverstock, Kandy A. Senft and husband Steven, and three sons, Royce W. Haverstock Jr. and wife Lou Ann, David A. Haverstock and wife Susan and Charles E. Haverstock. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, July 11, 2013, at the John W. Keffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 902 Mt. Rose Ave. York, with Assoc. pastor, the Rev. Roland Garvin, of Calvary U.M.C. officiating. Viewing will be one hour prior to service. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in memory of Betty J. Geyer to the . www.KefferFH.com
