DOVER Daniel S. Gracey, 27, entered into rest Friday, March 22, 2013. He was born March 5, 1986, in York, a son of Melvin E. and Sandra L. (Anderson) Gracey, Sr. of Dover. Daniel attended Dover High School and was a tow truck driver. He enjoyed going to the races and playing pool. He was a muscle car and tractor enthusiast, as well as a fan of Dale Earnhardt. In addition to his parents, Daniel is survived by two brothers, Melvin E. Gracey, Jr. and wife, Danielle, and Brian L. Gracey, all of Dover; a sister, Michele A. Gracey and fiance, Matt Smith of Glen Rock; a nephew, Austin Gracey; two nieces, Melanie Gracey and Kelsey Smith; his maternal grandmother, Pearl Anderson of Dover; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Lester Anderson, and paternal grandparents, Robert and Irene Gracey. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Daniel's funeral at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday and a visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Emig Funeral Home, 47 N. Queen St., Dover. Burial will follow in Salem Union Cemetery, Dover. Officiating will be the Rev. Carlos Kelly, pastor of St. Paul E.C. Church, York.
