MANCHESTER Delores G. Stoner, age 87, of Newberry Township, died Wednesday morning, August 22, 2012 at Providence Place. She was the wife of the late Alfred E. Stoner. Born October 30, 1924 in York Haven, she was a daughter of the late Harold and Gertrude (Keller) Bracht. Mrs. Stoner was a homemaker, and had worked at sewing factories, Dentsply, and most recently as a cook at York Haven Elementary School. She was a former member of the York Haven Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, and enjoyed knitting and cooking. Mrs. Stoner is survived by a daughter, Janet L. Forry, of York; two sons, Brian E. Stoner, and his wife Michelle, of Dover, and Gary L. Stoner, and his wife Joan, of Riverhead, Long Island, N.Y.; six grandchildren, Gregory Forry, Brant Stoner, Emilee Stoner, David Stoner, Gary Stoner, Jr., and Bonnie Becker; and six great-grandchildren, Ryan Becker, Drew Becker, Christian Becker, Kylie Stoner, Charis Stoner, and Brooke Stoner. She was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, Glenn Forry. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday at the William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 S. Main St., Manchester, with The Rev. Wayne F. Heberlig, Pastor of Otterbein United Methodist Church, officiating. Viewing will be 9 to 10 a.m. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
