DOVER Eva M. Cromer, 91, formerly of Wellsville, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at York Hospital. Eva was the widow of James M. Cromer. She was born May 21, 1921, in Warrington Township, York County, the daughter of the late S.M. and Mary (Livingston) Zeigler. She was retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Wellsville. Eva is survived by one son, Gerald L. Gross, Jr. of Dallastown; two daughters, Donna J. Seifert of Dover and Daun K. Garner of Red Lion; one stepson, James L. Cromer of Illinois; two stepdaughters, Shelvy J. Moorhead and Suzanne Coulson, both of Dillsburg; and two brothers, Dean R. Zeigler of Spring Grove and Carlos R. Zeigler of York. She also leaves behind nine grandchildren, six step-grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 10 step-great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. Services will be held Monday, January 21, 2013, at 11 a.m. in the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg 17019. Entombment will be held in the Mt. Rose Cemetery, York. A viewing will be held Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church, 85 York St., Wellsville, PA 17365.
