ETTERS Karen E. Baker, 54, of Newberry Township, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 30, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. Born May 11, 1958, in Harrisburg, a daughter of the late Robert E. and Doris A. (Dewitt) Potts, she was a graduate of Northeastern York High School, and was employed at Hampton Cleaners in Mechanicsburg. She enjoyed bird watching, reading, gardening, special times with her family, and watching her brother's race. She was an avid Tony Stewart and NASCAR fan. Living to cherish her memory are a sister, Melinda Mullen, and her husband Brian of Dauphin, five brothers, Bob Potts of York Haven, Doug Potts of Leesport, Gary Potts, and his wife Tina, of Mount Wolf, Jeff Potts, and his wife Kim, of Enola; and Mike Potts, and his wife Jenny, of York Haven; 15 nieces and nephews; and four great nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 60 S. Main St., Manchester, with Chaplain John Bollten, officiating. Viewings will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Strinestown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, at Karen's request, please do a random act of kindness in her memory.
