YORK Mary Louise (Kingston) Bentzel, 93, entered into the presence of God on Sunday, May 11, 2014, from her home. She was the wife of the late Paul Bentzel. Born on November 25, 1920, in Somerset County, she was the daughter of the late Mary Louise (Fletcher) and Bernard Kingston. Louise, as she was fondly known, was a waitress at several area restaurants. She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Pastor David Slautterback and wife, Kay, and Thomas Flinchbaugh, all of York; Joan Read of York, who was like a daughter who lovingly helped care for her; grandchildren, Jennifer Flinchbaugh and Rebecca Flinchbaugh, both of York, Dana Herman and husband, Dan of Allentown, Krista Milburn and husband, Steve of Greenville, S.C., Anna Gerber and husband, Tim of Mt. Wolf, and Julia Krauss of York; great-grandchildren, Jack, Sammy, Caroline, Elizabeth, Abby, Will, and Emma; a sister, Waneta Kimberly of Irvona, Pa.; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by nine siblings. The Celebration of Life Services will be on Friday, May 16, 2014, at 10 a.m. at the Juanita Memorial Park, 9010 U.S. Highway 522 S, Lewistown 17044. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice and Community Care, 685 Good Drive, P.O.
