YORK Reba J. (Marquart) Miller, 93, of York, formerly of Dallastown, entered into Eternity with her Lord and Savior on Friday, September 20, 2013, at Rest Haven Nursing Home. She was the loving wife of the late Carl E. Miller. Born July 1, 1920, in Chambersburg, she was a daughter of the late George H. and Bessie M. (Geedy) Marquart. She was a homemaker and also worked in the Dallastown School cafeteria and at the York County courthouse snack bar. She was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church and was a member and past president of the United Methodist Women. She enjoyed doing needlework, but her true joy in life was caring for her children and grandchildren. Reba is survived by a daughter, Barbara A. Goldin and her husband Roger of Pittsfield, Mass.; and three sons, Donald E. Miller and his wife Dot of Glen Rock, Gary W. Miller and his husband Daniel Starr of New York, N.Y., and Randy Miller and his wife Linda of Acme; her seven grandchildren, Richard Miller and his wife Carey, Melissa Kurilla and her husband Kevin, Stephanie Navratil and her husband John, all of York, Marell (Clark) Beyer and her husband Jason of Dallastown, Leah (Clark) Wise and her husband Kevin of Wilmington, Del., Jason Goldin of Pittsfield, Mass., and Emmy Goldin of Astoria, N.Y. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Reba was preceded in death by her six brothers and one sister. A service to honor the life of Reba will be held 11 a.m. on Monday, September 30, 2013, at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 397 Tyler Run Road, York, PA 17403, with the Rev. Paul Baughman officiating. A visitation will be held Sunday, September 29, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home, 104 W. Main St., Dallastown, and then again at the church on Monday from 9 a.m. until the start of the service. Interment to follow in Mount Rose Cemetery.
