WINDSOR Rochelle Ann Collins, 67, formerly of Stewartstown, died Wednesday, June 18, 2014, at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, surrounded by her four loving children. Rochelle's family invites friends to a gathering celebrating her life on Sunday, June 29, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Windsor Commons Community Center, 21 Windsor Way, Red Lion. Born December 27, 1946, in Stewartstown, Rochelle was the daughter of the late Sarah Margaret (Bailey) Brown. Rochelle worked at D & K Grocery in Red Lion for more than 14 years and her co-workers were known as her second family. She loved baking, crafting, shopping, and cherished the time she spent with family, especially her grandchildren. Rochelle was an avid supportor of all military troops, especially Vietnam veterans. Rochelle is survived by four children, Robert C. Collins and his wife, Jennifer of Windsor, and Monica M. Stough and her husband, John, Tess L. Shortt and Gary, and Lisa R. Smoker and her husband, Todd, all of Red Lion. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Joshua, Ashlynn, Zachary, Lyndsey, Kaitlyn, Addie Mae, Kiley, and Lyndsey; two great-grandchildren on-the-way; and her feline friend, Sadie. She was preceded in death by a sister, Gloria Jean Calary; a grandson, Tyler; and another precious grandchild. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Rochelle's name may be made to Make A Wish Foundation, 2951 Whiteford Road, York, PA 17402; or to J.T.S. Foundation, 233 N. Charles St., Red Lion, PA 17356. J.J.
