DOVER Vicki L. Anderson-Ness, 45, entered into rest at 9:36 p.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2013. She was the wife of Keith E. Ness. The couple celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary on February 22, 2012. Born February 8, 1967, in York, she was a daughter of James E. and Patricia C. Anderson of Wellsville. Vicki was a 1985 graduate of Dover High School. She had 10 years of service as a receptionist for HealthSouth Rehabilitation Center and previously worked for Psychological Associates of York. Vicki attended Bermudian Church of the Brethren and was a member of South Central Pennsylvania Cattlemen's Association. Vicki was full of life, she loved having fun and enjoyed making other people laugh. She had a festive spirit and always looked forward to celebrating all the holidays. Vicki enjoyed bargain shopping, reading, flower and vegetable gardening and was an animal lover. She also liked playing games and cards and belonged to a card club. Vicki will be remembered for her thoughtfulness and generosity, even in death, as she was an organ donor. In addition to her husband and parents, Vicki is survived by her son, Jacob E. Ness of Dover; her sister, Cheryl L. Crone of Wellsville; and a large extended family who she loved spending time with. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Vicki's funeral at 11 a.m. on Friday at Bermudian Church of the Brethren, 279 Bermudian Church Rd., East Berlin. There will be viewings from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday and from 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday at the church. Officiating will be the Rev. Larry Dentler. Following cremation, burial will be at the convenience of the family. Emig Funeral Home, Dover, is in charge of arrangements.
