THOMASVILLE Charmaine A. Senft, 83, died Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at the York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Donald E. Senft. Born in Thomasville, on October 5, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Kurvin E. and Edna M. (Strausbaugh) Falkenstein. Charmaine was a secretary for various trucking concerns, retiring from Beverage Transportation. She was a graduate of West York Area High School Class of 1948 and a member of Zion United Methodist Church. She leaves a daughter, D'Ann M. Lauchman; a son, Bradley E. Senft; three granddaughters, Marja E. Stroman, Breanna M. Webb, and McKenna J. Lauchman; five great-grandchildren; and a twin sister, Romaine B. Robertson. Viewings will be 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at Koller Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 2000 W. Market St. in York, and 10 to 11 a.m. on Monday, March 24, 2014, at the funeral home. The service will follow on Monday at 11 a.m. with burial in Stoverstown Cemetery. The family requests contributions be made in Charmaine's memory to the toward breast cancer research, 924 Colonial Ave., Suite N, York, PA 17403.
