BROGUE Alice M. (Olphin) Douglas, 88, died Thursday, April 17, 2014, at the Dallastown Nursing Center. She was the wife of the late D. Walter Keeports and Harold E. Douglas. A Celebration of Life Service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion, with her pastor, the Rev. Joshua T. Beben, officiating. A viewing will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Bethel United Methodist Cemetery. Born August 22, 1925, in Chanceford Township, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Blanch (Olewiler) Olphin. She was employed with Borg-Warner as a brazier for several years until her retirement in 1997. A 70 year member of Bethel United Methodist Church, she also enjoyed sewing and crocheting, and loved traveling. Mrs. Douglas is survived by two daughters, Doris L. Robinson and husband, Gerald of Brogue, and Joan A. Keeports of New Bridgeville; four grandchildren, Michael Robinson and wife, Tracie, Mark Robinson and wife, Selina, Thomas Robinson and wife, Dianna, and Timothy Robinson and wife, Jamee; six great-grandchildren, Nicole Robinson, Bryar Robinson and wife, Tiffany, and Tyler, Bradley, Russell, and Cole Robinson; and one great-great-granddaughter, Abigail Robinson.
