RED LION Threasa M. (Harvey) Covey, 51, was called to Heaven on Monday, May 26, 2014, to take her place with God and family in Eternal Peace. She was the wife of Tracy J. Covey, with whom she shared 28 years of marriage. Born on February 14, 1963, in Jacksonville, Fla., she was the daughter of Ed Harvey of Williamsport and the late Sheila (Choffi) Stugart. She was a homemaker who was proud of her home, family, and friends. Threasa was an avid fan of Elvis, loved playing Bingo, shopping at yard sales, flea markets, and antique shops. She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband, Tracy J. Covey; two loving daughters, Maria A. Kennedy and Amanda L. Covey; one granddaughter, Christina Benway; one grandson, Blake Starr; father, Ed Harvey; two brothers, Tom Harvey and Wayne Harvey; and devoted family and friends. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Christina L. Covey, and her mother, Sheila Stugart. Threasa will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. A private Gathering to Celebrate her Life will be held at the convenience of the family. Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc., York, is entrusted with the arrangements.
