YORK Steven A. Miller, 62, of York Township, died at 9:28 p.m. Sunday, July 6, 2014, at Manor Care Health Services South. He was the fiance of Barbara E. (Martin) Brannon, of York. Born November 18, 1951, in York, he was the son of Lois Jean (Lentz) Miller Gentzler of Loganville, and the late John Miller. He was employed at York Container and was a member of Saint Paul's United Church of Christ in Dallastown, and Dallastown American Legion, Post 605. He was a U.S. Veteran of Vietnam. In addition to his mother and fiance, Mr. Miller is survived by a son, Steven E. Miller, and his wife Jennifer, of York; a daughter, Sarah A. Gurchik, and her husband Glenn, of Camp Hill; four grandchildren, Rachel Miller, Luke Miller, Hanna Gurchik and Isaac Gurchik; his fiance's children, Christine O'Neill and Matthew Harrison, both of York; and her grandchildren, Morgan O'Neill, Campbell O'Neill and Angelina Harrison; and a stepson, Scott Gentzler and his wife Georgianna; and a stepdaughter, Pamela Harbold and her husband Charles "Ted". He was also preceded in death by his stepfather, Gerald Gentzler. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday, July 10, 2014 at Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, Inc., 863 S. George St., York, with The Rev. Patricia Leader, Pastor of Saint Paul's United Church of Christ, Stoverstown, officiating. Viewings will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Salem Union Cemetery, Jacobus, with flag presentation by the York County Veterans Honor Guard.
