Norma J. Royer Dormer

YORK Norma J. (Holtzapple) Royer Dormer, 80, died March 12, 2009, at Manor Care South. Norma was born in Shiloh, on April 10, 1928, a daughter of the late Walter and Annie (Melhorn) Holtzapple. She was the owner of the former Norma Royer Bridal Shop, the Personal Touch Gift Shop and the former Norma and Company. She attended Shiloh Lutheran Church. The visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the John W. Keffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 902 Mt. Rose Ave. The funeral service will begin at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Margie Smith officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Lutheran Cemetery. Norma is survived by three sons, Marshall S. Royer of York, Thomas E. Royer of York, and Stephen A. Royer of East Prospect; a daughter, Candace A. Spataro of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; ten grandchildren; 15 greatgrandchildren; one greatgreat-grandchild; a sister, Mae Sipes of Shiloh.
