Gordon Repman

YORK Gordon E. Repman, 65, died on Sunday July 8, 2012, at Manor Care North. He was the husband of the late Linda S. (Greenawalt) Repman. Gordon was a graduate of North Eastern High School Class of 1964. He was a U.S. Marine serving in the Vietnam War receiving the Purple Heart. He was employed for 33 years with Caterpillar Inc. retiring in 1996. He was a member of UAW and Starview Sportsman Club. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed the mountains. Born in York, on September 9, 1946, he was the son of the late Gordon O. and Thelma (Powell) Repman. He leaves: a son, Shon E. Repman and his wife, Amy, of York; a daughter, Renae A. Grissinger of York; four grandchildren, Aaron Repman, Emily Repman, Bridget Grissinger, and Brooke Grissinger; and a sister, Maxine Clemens and her husband, Stewart, of York. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday at Koller Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 2000 W. Market St. in York. Burial will be in Mount Zion Lutheran Cemetery with military rites by the York County Veterans Honor Guard.
