STEWARTSTOWN Jean Webb Orsburn, 92, died Thursday, January 10, 2013, at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Kenneth W. Orsburn. A funeral service will begin at 2 p.m. Monday from Stewartstown Presbyterian Church, 14 College Ave., Stewartstown, with the Rev. Andrew G. Wirt officiating. Viewings will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at J.J. Hartenstein Mortuary, Inc., 19 S. Main St., Stewartstown, and from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Born December 24, 1920, in Fawn Grove, Jean was the daughter of the late W. Howard and Elizabeth (Liggit) Webb. Jean graduated from the former Fawn Township High School, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Ursinus College, Collegeville, Montgomery County. She was a member of Stewartstown Presbyterian Church where she served as a Sunday School teacher for many years. She was a charter member of the former Castle Finn of D.A.R. in Delta, and a current member of Governor Wm. Paca Chapter of the D.A.R. in Bel Air, Md. Jean enjoyed traveling the world and managed to take all of her grandchildren with her on several occasions. Jean was a daughter of a funeral director as well as the wife of a funeral director and assisted her husband, Ken, with their family business from 1948 to 1986. Jean is survived by three daughters, Ann Orsburn Silbaugh and her husband, Joseph W., Jr. of Shrewsbury, Elizabeth C. Orsburn of Philadelphia, and Barbara Orsburn Stump and her husband, Todd of Stewartstown. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Elizabeth S. Johnides, Jean Webb Silbaugh, Joseph W. Silbaugh, III, Rachel J. Laurence, Andrew K. Stump, Molly M. Stump, and Patrick T. Stump. Memorial contibutions may be made to Stewartstown Presbyterian Cemetery, P.O.
