DOVER James E. Foulk, 71, went home to be with the Lord at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at his home. He was the loving husband of Judy M. (Bailey) Foulk. The couple celebrated 42 years of marriage on June 27, 2012. He was born December 4, 1941, in Lewistown, a son of Elder J. Foulk of Dover and the late Martha A. (McMillin) Foulk. Jim was a graduate of Alexis I. Dupont High School in Delaware. He owned and operated Jim's Window & Floor Cleaning for 43 years. Jim attended North York Gospel Chapel. He was an avid bowler and member of USBC. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming, and art. In addition to his wife and father, Jim is survived by seven children, Vicky S. Chiffons of Thomasville, Becky J. Burkett of Spring Grove, Gail L. Roche of Sparks, Md., James E. Foulk, Jr. of Windsor, Christina L. Foulk, Stephen J. Foulk, and Sarah E. Foulk, all of Dover; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Connie Henderson of Dover and Patricia K. O'Neill of Houston, Texas; and two brothers, Daniel and John Foulk, both of York. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Jim's funeral at 10 a.m. and the viewing from 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at Emig Funeral Home, 47 N. Queen St., Dover. Burial will follow in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.
