YORK William H. Blum, 67, died on Saturday, April 20, 2013, at 10:20 a.m. at his home. There will be no viewing. Following cremation with Workinger-Semmel F.H. & Crematorium, Inc., York, a memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, 2013, at West York Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2601 Bannister St., York. Mr. Thomas Aldinger will officiate. Burial was private at the convenience of the family in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Mr. Blum was born September 19, 1945, in Spring Garden Township, the son of the late Harold F. and Hazel L. Blum. He was a fork lift operator for several years with Harley-Davidson and a member of West York Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Mr. Blum is survived by a sister, Charlotte Poling of Martinsburg, W.Va.; three nephews; a niece; and three great-nieces.
