WEST MANCHESTER TWP. Marvin S. Elliott, 77, of York, died at 1:16 p.m. Sunday, June 30, 2013, at his residence. He was the husband of Lorna E. "Cookie" (Arnold) Elliott, and the late Ethel E. (Fetrow) Elliott. Born July 29, 1935 in Lewistown, a son of the late Linwood and Pauline (Barger) Elliott, he was retired from Pennsylvania Power and Light. He was a member of Faith United Church of Christ and the PP&L Retirement Club. He was a former member of Wago Club, and the Goldsboro Fireman's Club. He enjoyed carpentry, electrical work and building, and he was an avid NASCAR and football fan, especially Penn State and Philadelphia Eagles. In addition to his wife of ten years, Mr. Elliott is survived by a daughter, Renee Wright; two step daughters, Karen L. Zeigler and her husband, Joseph of East Berlin and Kathy A. Sterner and her husband, Brad of Spring Grove; and two grandchildren, Joseph Zeigler and Thomas Krout and his wife, Sue. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Linwood Elliott, Jr. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, July 7, 2013, at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 2150 Carlisle Road, Shiloh, with his Associate Pastor, The Rev. Dr. Amy Dows, officiating. Visitation will be 12 to 2 p.m. Sunday.
