DOVER David H. Lentz, 77, entered into rest Thursday, July 4, 2013, at his home. Born October 3, 1935, in Dover, he was a son of the late Rhuben H. and Helen A. (Straley) Lentz. David worked as a grocery stocker for various local food stores and later retired from West York Area School District where he was a custodian. Following retirement, he enjoyed taking bus trips across the U.S. and documenting his trips through photography. David is survived by two sisters, Betty L. Newton of York and Shirley A. Krall of Dover; three brothers, Stanley E. Lentz of York, Paul F. Lentz of Dover and Robert I. Lentz of California; and numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend David's graveside service at 9 a.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2013, in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens, 250 Chestnut Hill Rd., York.
