WRIGHTSVILLE Barry L. "Wink" Minnich, 60, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2014, at Hospice and Community Care, Mount Joy. He was born in York, son of the late Benjamin W., Sr. and June G. Markley Minnich. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He enjoyed vacationing in Florida, camping and fishing. He is survived by one son, Barry L. Penepacker; one daughter, Gloria E. Penepacker; six grandchildren; and one sister, Patricia A. (Minnich) Barnett. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Benjamin W. Minnich, Jr. and Ronald E. Minnich; and one sister, Carol Minnich Englehart. The Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by the Workman Funeral Homes, Inc., Mountville/Columbia.
