Jo L. Hughes Pieplow Obituary
Jo graduated from Yuma High School and was known to many as a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, but she was best known for her warm heart. She will be missed very much, by all who knew and loved her.
Jo is survived by her 3 children, Tiona (Carl), Tim and Bruce; 7 grandchildren; her mother, Jennie Ali Pipelow; brothers, Tai and Terry and Sister Gloria.
Jo was preceded in death by her husband Marcus; father, Bruce; and brother, Tim.
Viewing will be held Friday June 3, 2011 between 5:00p.m. and 9:00p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 10:00a.m. at Johnson Mortuary Desert Lawn Memorial. In lieu of flowers donations can be made at AEA Federal Credit Union in her name. The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers.

May God bless you and you family during this time of sorrow and give you peace. I knew Jo and her family well. We lived around the corner while growing up in Yuma from Pecan Grove to Yuma High. Jo, rest in peace. Family, you will stay in our prayers.

My Family, I am deeply sorry for your loss. I kno words can't soothe the way you all feel right now but in time your hearts will heal. That was my favorite picture of Jo and she will be missed very much! I am so sorry I could not make it to see her, before she passed. I will remember her like she was, caring, happy and the sweetest person. She went through much heartache but she always tried so hard and was always willing to help someone else!
You are home now Jo and with all your family, that went before you. I love you Jo and am glad you are not in pain, anymore!
Jennie, Please know I am praying for you and all the Pieplow family. My thoughts are especially with Tiona, Timmy & Bruce. I know the rest of our family grieves with you!

Jo was a friend since the 1st grade at Pecan Grove. So sorry to hear of her passing. She will be in great memories as a fun and caring person.
