Betty Abraham Frost, 87, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 28, 2013 at her home in Yuma, Arizona.
The Guest Book is expired.
She was born to the late Arthur and Hazel Abraham, June 18, 1926 in Frazee, MN. Betty graduated from Perham High School in 1944 and attended the University of Minnesota where she played the saxophone in the marching band. She married Sgt. Jack Albert Frost, USMC in 1952 and they lived together all over the United States before retiring to Prescott, AZ in 1989 and relocating to Yuma in 2004.
Betty held a variety of jobs including a secretary at the Pentagon, a bookkeeper for Harley Davidson, and a beauty consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics. But she was most proud of her volunteer work with the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society from 1968 to 1988.
Betty is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 61 years, Jack; sons, Jack A Frost of Yuma; and Jeffrey Frost of Tustin, CA; daughter-in-law, Lupe; and Bacon the dachshund, who brought so much joy to her life.
