Eva Chavez Obituary
Eva is survived by her sons, Angel and Thomas; daughter, Eva; brothers, Alfonso and Eugene; sisters, Beatriz, Bertha, Stella, Angie, Hilda, Norean; grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a large extended family.
Eva is preceded in death by her parents, Ramon and Amanda Gill; her husband, Angel Chavez; brothers, Eduardo, Clyde and Ramon; son, Anthony and daughter, Mary.
Funeral mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Church on Saturday March 26, 2011 at 10:00a.m. Eva will be laid to rest at Desert Lawn Memorial Park. She will be missed by all who know and loved her.

Dear family. I have wonderful memories of you Mom, Eva, as an additional child. Eva took care of my sister and me as my mom worked in the school system. Eva did the many things in a day that kept me in line, guiding me through childhood. My most memoriable insident was being in a angry tantrum and Eva standing at the door way laughing as I in anger emptied things out of my drawers. What a valuable lesson. I can remember being angry and frustrated that she didn't do anything, just eventually told me to put things back. But what a learning experience not to take myself so seriously!
