Sarah Torres -Mendivil Obituary
Sarah Torres-Mendivil graduated from Yuma High School in 1938 and married Edward Mendivil in 1939. She was a homemaker.
Sarah was preceded in death by her parents, Francisco and Vicenta; her husband, Edward; siblings, Dora, Frances, Migdalia, Vincent, Edward, Aurora and Lydia and grandchildren, Melanie and Stacy.
Sarah is survived by her sister, Henrietta; brothers, Frank and Jesse; sons, Edward and Anthony; daughter, Ramona Nelson, Stella Ruiz, Jessie Orta, Gloria Castaneda and Liza Kniss; 22 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren and 7 great -grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Denny Garcia, Freddy Ruiz, Trini Orta, Jason Mendivil, Anthony Steven Mendivil, (Queenan) James Castaneda and Travis Kniss.
Sarah was a wonderful wife, mother, caregiver to all and was devoted to her faith.

MY heart goes out to the family she was a beautiful person and a great cook. What I would've give for her homemade tortilla's and tamales. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.My Uncle Donnie sends his reguards.
