Victor Garcia Obituary
Victor was a retired carpenter. He was very patient and never complained about his illness throughout his two and a half years as a stroke victim. Victor was a quiet, kind and loving family man. He was a member of Templo Bethel Assemblies of God.
Victor is survived by his wife Adelina J. Garcia; son, Lorenzo (Maria Eva) Garcia; daughters, Edilia G. (Moses) Camarena, Rosa A. (Roland) Mercado, Kina (Rigo) Gibson, Adelina (Kim) Newbauer; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Victor was preceded in death by his son, Victor Manuel Garcia Jr. and granddaughter, Monica Chrystal Mercado.
Viewing and visitation will be held at Yuma Mortuary Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Services will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 10:00a.m. at Yuma Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Andres Noris officiating. Victor's final resting place will be Desert Lawn Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Lorenzo Garcia, Carlo Camarena, Isaac Camarena, Mark Gibson, Danny Gibson, Gabriel Gibson, Victor A. Garcia, Elias Jaime. Honorary pallbearers will be Mandy Leonard, Christy Fernandez, Bianca Jensen, Bibiano Jaime, Ignacio Jaime, Felipe Jaime, Reid Ortega and John Ortega.
