Beatrice Holbert Obituary

Beatrice Skinner Holbert, 77, departed this life on Saturday, August 8, 2009 in Tucson, Arizona at the University Medical Center. She was born on March 12, 1932 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Mariah Haris and Horece Baker.

Beatrice loved her children, grandchildren, many friends, and relatives and they all loved her deeply.

Beatrice is survived by her five children, Floyd Skinner, and Nolen Skinner Jr. both of Yuma, Sylvester Skinner of Phoenix, Arizona, Bernice Skinner Thompson (James Muldrow) of Yuma, and Annette Skinner (Alfred) Curtis of Phoenix; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Beatrice was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Nolen Sr. and Walter; sister, Ollie; brother, Ezickel; son, Phillip Skinner; grandson, Wylee Skinner.

No services are planned and cremation has taken place.
