Clyde Taylor Obituary

Clyde Calvin Taylor, 85, passed on Monday March 12, 2012. Services will be held at Sunset Vista Funeral Home on Friday March 23, 2012, at 2:00 pm. He was the husband of the late Bessie Iola Taylor and son of the late Hosea and Minnie Taylor. He is preceded in death by daughters Beulah Combs, and Jean Fazio, siblings Estie Taylor, Ray Taylor, Howard Taylor, Katie Sanders, Wanda Sanders, and Myrtle Kindle, and long time friend Betty Jean Shepherd. Survived by siblings Jewel Berg of Tahlequah OK, Betty Thompson of Lincoln AR, Mary Self of Centralia WA, H R Taylor of Sheridan AR, granddaughters Rhonda Leonard and husband Vince Leonard of Albuquerque NM, Lorinda Wise Williams and husband Nathan Williams of San Diego CA, Great Grandchildren Jeffery Leonard, Sean Leonard, Kimberly Leonard, Patrick Wise, great granddaughter Eve Leonard, and numerous nieces and nephews including Pat Jester and Sam Taylor.
Clyde was a loving family man, passionate about his dogs, and beloved by his entire family. He was a veteran serving in the Army and in the Air Force. Clyde worked as a truck driver and teamster member for the Alfred M. Lewis Company in San Diego and retired to Yuma AZ. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
