ZANESVILLE: Enos Riley Dingey Jr., 81 of Zanesville passed away Thursday October 4, 2012 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born in Irrville, OH on June 16, 1931 a son of the late Enos Sr. and Mary Criss Dingey.

Enos was retired from both Rockwell after 30 years of service and The Ohio National Guard after 20 years of service. He was an avid bowler having bowled two 300 games; was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Scottish Rite Valley of Cambridge, Amity Lodge #5, Aladdin Shrine of Columbus, Zavi Shrine Club and attended Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Nelda White Dingey; one son, David (Carol) Dingey of Chandlersville; one daughter, Deanna Adams of Zanesville; two brothers, Robert (Helen) Dingey of Zanesville and Harry (Phyllis) Dingey of the Philippines; one sister-in-law, Bernadine Dingey of Cumberland; four grandchildren Shane(Kandice), Korey, Devin Dingey and Katie Adams; and seven great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Swingle; and four brothers; Charles Bernard, Miller, Paul, and Edward Dingey.

Calling hours will be 6-8pm on Monday October 8 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE. Masonic Services will conducted at 6pm by Lodge of Amity , Eagles services will held at 7pm.

Funeral will be held at 10am on Tuesday in the Snouffer Chapel with Pastor Linda Morrow and Rev. Allan Teter officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
