Ricky "Bill" Hannahs
MILLERSBURG: Ricky "Bill" Hannahs, age 55, of Millersburg, Ohio and formerly of Salesville, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning, February 23, 2014 at his home.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, Ohio. Burial will be at the Oak Hill Cemetery with Military Rites being conducted by the Killbuck VFW
. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
He was born June 21, 1958 in Barnesville, Ohio and was the son of Roy and Juanita (Kupfer) Hannahs. Ricky worked for the Village of Millersburg for more than 20 years. He was a veteran, serving in the US Army. He was a member of the Millersburg Eagles and the Millersburg American Legion. He loved golfing and was an avid Cleveland Sports fan and Ohio State Buckeye's fan.
Surviving are his son, Brandon (Nichole) Hannahs of Zanesville, Ohio, his daughter, Ricki (Jared) Rossiter of Columbus, Ohio; one grandson, Cameron Scott Hannahs of Zanesville, Ohio; two sisters, Sue (John) Landon of Killbuck, Ohio and Pam (Bob) Gates of Dallas, Texas; three brothers, Ron Hannahs of Barnesville, Ohio, Danny Ray "Jeff" Hannahs of Cambridge, Ohio and Mike (Cindi) Hannahs of Millersburg, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; and his girlfriend, Ruth Crissey of Millersburg, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Harry Hannahs and Jim Hannahs.
