Adam) Holmes of Aledo, TX, Dieter (Charlene) Frueh of Nashport, Franz Frueh of Zanesville, Dr. Andrea (John) Collet of Newark, and Carrie (Kevin) Tullos of Odenton, MD; thirteen great grandchildren, Caroline, Hansel, Elise, Claudia, Jakob, Aaron, Derek, Rainer, Axel, Annika, Lydia, Connor, and Cody; four nieces and nephews who looked to her as their grandmother, Kelly (Brad) Wolfe, Kathleen (Jay) Johnson, K.C. (Mari) Frick, and Kirk (Davida) Frick; a sister Ebbie Flowers of Zanesville; a brother John (Charlotte) Frick of Chandlersville; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years Walter A. Rittberger, whom she married June 29, 1939, and who died February 14, 2001; four brothers, Charles Jr., Frank, Robert, and Richard Frick; and a sister Nellie Wilson.

Friends and family may call from 5:00-8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, January 10, 2013, with Rev. Mark Matzke officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, Walter, at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
