NEW LEXINGTON: Ronald V. Fauble age 72, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at the Ohio State University Medical Center after a brief illness. Ron was born March 19, 1940 to the late Floyd Fauble and Ruby Kohler.

Ron served his country in the Navy. He was a member of the American Legion Post 376. He was a truck driver for most of his life and he loved to travel and make new friends. For the last 28 years of his life, Ron was a dedicated driver for Midwest Continental Inc. of Sioux City , Iowa.

Ron is survived by his wife of 27 years, Jan Fauble; sons, Timothy Fauble and Bryan (Ashley) Fauble of New Lexington; stepsons, Michael (Cheryl) Woltz of Rushville and Bill (Candy) Climer of Lancaster; grandsons, Logan Woltz of Carroll and Cayden Fauble of New Lexington; aunt, Betty Kilbarger of Lancaster; half brother, Don Stalter of Lancaster; mother in law, Alice Hartshorn; sister in law, Karen Shumaker; nephew, Steven Shumaker.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents; brother in law, Howard Shumaker.

Cremation has taken place by the FRANK E. SMITH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 405 N. Columbus St., Lancaster OH 43130. Donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
