NEW LEXINGTON: Terry Butsko, 65, of New Lexington, Ohio died at 5:00am on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at his home.
Born June 20, 1947 to the late Joe and Pearl Butsko.
Terry was an insurance salesman and Air Force Veteran in the Vietnam Era.
Survived by wife, Debbie Householder Butsko of the home; 2 step-sons, Chad and Josh Butler and 4 step-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held from 10am-12noon with funeral service at 12noon with Pastor James Allison officiating on Monday, January 7, 2013 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.
Burial will be in New Lexington Cemetery with graveside military services by John Tague Post #188, American Legion, New Lexington, Ohio.
