EAST FULTONHAM: Wilda F. Yarger of East Fultonham, went to be with the Lord on March 8, 2013 at the Forest View Health Campus after a long battle with cancer and heart disease.

She was born on August 24, 1925 and raised in the Rose Farm and Crooksville area. She retired from the Muskingum County Starlight School where she worked for 35 years. She dearly loved her students and her co-workers. She was a long time member of the East Fultonham United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her children Melanie Sue Butler of Zanesville, Daniel J. Yarger and Donald P. (Lori) Yarger both of East Fultonham; two sisters Marilyn Smith of Roseville and Joan (Jim) Cameron of Zanesville; sisters-in-law Gloriann Dalrymple of Zanesville and Evelyn Willison; three grandchildren Mandy Butler, Jeremy (Kaleigh Garris) Yarger and Lynsey (Vance Vanoster) Yarger; one great-grandson Hunter McNeal; many nieces and nephews; special friend and shopping buddy Eileen Gibson.

She was preceded in death by loving husband Donald J. Yarger; her parents Hugh and Ocie Dalrymple; three sisters Wanda Dalrymple, Pearl Dobina, and Doris Fauley; one brother Donald Dalrymple.

Friends may call from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2013 at William Thompson & Son Funeral Home 5765 Gladstone Drive White Cottage. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at East Fultonham United Methodist Church. Rev. Gay Blau officiating and burial will be in Fultonham Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the East Fultonham United Methodist Church.
