NEW LEXINGTON: Mildred C. Storts, 90, of New Lexington, Ohio died at 6:58pm on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Genesis-Good Samaritan Medical Center, Zanesville, Ohio.

Born November 17, 1923 in Somerset, Ohio to the late Charles and Nellie Emmert Reichley.

Mrs. Storts was a member of the Church of the Atonement of Crooksville and Saint Rose Catholic Church of New Lexington; she was active in her parishes, CCD and the festival; she loved her family, playing cards, especially International; gardening, traveling and making multiple trips to Kentucky; she was ornery and stubborn.

Loving Mother, Grandmother and Granny Great grand; she is survived by her children, Sandra Longstreth of her home, Robert (Brenda) Storts of Corning and Richard (Suzanne) Storts of Louisa, KY; eight grandchildren, John, Shelby, James, Robby, Ryan, Kari, Kenny and Korey; 13 great-grandchildren, Nate, Cameron, Levi, Jordan, Kendra, Taylor, Trace, Taygen, Riley, Tyler, Melanie, Lillian and McKenzie; brothers and sisters, Freda Gaskins, Danny (Nina) Reichley and Wilma (Carl) Hudak.

In addition to her parents, preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Storts on August 25, 1975; brothers and sisters, Charles, Frank, Dominic, Carl, Cecil, Margaret and Barbara.

Calling hours will be held from 5pm-8pm with wake service at 7:45pm on Friday, April 25, 2014 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Saint Rose Catholic Church, Main and Water Streets, New Lexington, Ohio with Father James Csaszar as celebrant. Burial will be in New Lexington Cemetery.
