TIFFIN: Harry J. Kuhlman Jr., 76, of Tiffin, died at 7:25 p.m., Monday, July 8, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg with his family by his side.

Harry was born on October 31, 1936 in Brentwood, PA, to the late Harry Sr. and Margaret (Hardin) Kuhlman.

Survivors include his children, Martha (Richard) Blaney of Frazeysburg, OH, Karen (Kelly) Shull of Sugar Grove, OH, Tim Kuhlman of Medina, TN, Amy (Marty) Kane of Wellesley, MA; five grandchildren, Heath and Brock Shull, Spencer Blaney, Katherine and Marty Kane; a niece, Regina (Gene) Albert of Clyde, two nephews, Tom (Elena) Ross of Memphis, TN and Dave (Vicki) Ross of Holladay, UT.

Harry retired after 30 years from American Electric Power. Harry was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Tiffin and a former member of the Knights of Columbus and the Tiffin Kiwanis Club. Harry enjoyed golfing, woodworking and traveling. Harry was a 1955 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School and served in the United States Navy from 1956-1958 in New Port, RI aboard a Navy Tanker.

Harry was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Donald Kuhlman and a sister, Helen Ross and a brother-in-law, Joe Ross.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, July 12, 2013 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Gary Walters officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to mass. Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, July 11, 2013, from 4-7 p.m., at the Engle-Shook Funeral Home and Crematory in Tiffin. Burial will follow the services on Friday, at Fairmont Cemetery with military honor's being rendered by the United Veterans Council.
