Mandy and I worked at Rizzi's forever together. I can still hear her laugh. We would sneak back in the cooler and eat cheesecake with our fingers and giggle. She was so much fun. We share the same first and middle name so I was mandyman and she was mandygoot. My thoughts are with the family. Peace be with you.

Mandy was always a bright ray of sunshine. She was kind and strong. I am honored to have known her and worked with her. I am deeply saddened by her passing. I considered her a friend and role model. She was always smiling, and came back to Crossroads as often as she could. I was always glad to see her. We should all endeavor to be more like the person she was. Since learning of her death, I have been in a state of shock. My memories of Mandy continue to live although her life was cut tragically short. It pains me that she leaves behind a husband and family that loved her so much. She was so young with so much promise. I wish I could've said goodbye.

Jon,
I'm not sure if you will recognize my name, but I so hope you will know how heartbroken I am that you have lost your sweet and loving Amanda.
I am Deb Dockery from the Radiology Department at Akron General Hospital. I took care of Amanda so many times, and I talked with you many times as I would walk with her to the Heart and Vascular Center where you would wait for her after her procedure. I had many hours with Amanda to hear her stories and try my best to comfort her. What I want you to know is how she loves you, and how she talked about you with tenderness and happiness for how much you doted and cared for her through her illness. What you had together and what you both shared is amazing and everlasting.
Please know that I send all the sadness and hope that you and Amanda will be comforted, now and always, and that you will see her again. I am so sorry.
Peace and Blessing.

Jon-boy: I am so very sorry about Mandy's passing.if I misspell anything here it's because the words i'm typing are so small I can't see them. I'm on vacation with the kids and we all said words of love to Mandy last night. We're all sorry to miss the funeral tomorrow, but you will be in our thoughts. Any time you want to come over, sit on the back porch and watch thunderstorms together or just talk, i'll be here. I love you like a son, Jon and am here if you need me for anything.

Mandy was by far one of the most beautiful young women we have felt privileged to know over the past year or more. What an example of strength that comes only from God. What an example of true courage, that once again, can come only from God. What an example of love she displayed to every single person she came in contact with. What a caring sister she was to you Sherry. I saw so much of my sister and I, in you and she. And in Mandy, I saw THE most beautiful angel that God gave us all, even if for a short time here on earth. Jon, we are praying for you daily and always remember Carl and I are here for you any time of day, any day of the week. Mandy will SO greatly be missed...and please find strength in knowing we can see her beautiful face, one day, again. May God comfort you all.
