Cindy was a dear friend for many years, in fact she was more like a family member. We shared many memories that will always be treasured. Cindy adored her family and beamed when she talked about them. She was a bright light here on earth and is now God's precious angel. I love you Cindy and miss you very much.

Cindy was such an inspiration to me. Strong, funny, beautiful, happy and true. I was shocked when I heard the news. I wanted nothing more than to be back with all my friends I've known for many years. Although I am not physically in Omaha, my thoughts are with everyone as we deal with life and death. Hugs and tears..

Dear Don and Family,

I am sorry for your loss and after reading the post at the Club, it broke my heart to hear of such a vital loss at such a young age. I never met Cindy, yet anyone who is a member of the Club are "laFamilia". You and the girls will always share in the wonderful memories of the mother they had and I know at such a young age they will miss her dearly and need her, but she will always be their guardian Angel from above and they can call on her always when in trouble and if they say "3 Hail Mary's" all their concerns will be answered. You will be able to carry on for her. Look to your family and the spirit from above to guide you through these rough times (I lost my dad when I was 14). May God grant all of you the strength that you need. Be well and take care. Angeld4marc

What a lucky kid I was to have Cindy right next door to me as we grew up. I literally had a built in best friend right in my own backyard. Cindy was always a sparkler - bright, shining and full of life. I see this in the eyes of her beautiful girls as well. Cindy's beautiful spirit will always be with us in our hearts and our memories. I feel very fortunate to have had such a wonderful friend and will miss her greatly.

Cindy and Family,

I’ve known Cindy for only a small part of her life, about a year. But I can confidently say that in that short time span she has left a salient impression on me. I believe that she has made me, and all of us better people.

The last time I saw Cindy is an interesting story. It was Sunday, the same Sunday I was supposed to leave to vacation in Florida. But strangely, our flight was canceled because of bad weather, even though all the other airlines were still running flights there. Do I think it was a coincidence that I was able to see her that Sunday? No, I know it was not. But I remember I began to walk out the room and she looked at me and said, “I love you”. I stood there for a second, slightly stunned. So I whispered back, “I love you, too.” But I said it very quietly and feebly. But I will never say it quietly again, I love you, Cindy, as I’m sure all of us did. And as much of a cliché it is, I mean this: Cindy and her family are in our hearts, prayers, and most importantly, our memories.

Remember:

Life is eternal,

and love is immortal,

Death is only a horizon;

and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight.

I was deeply saddened to learn of Cindy's passing today in the paper. I knew Cindy in high school and she left an indelible impression on me that I have never forgotten. Her wit and charm and beautiful smile is something I will always remember. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. I wish you God's love and strength.

To the Karnish and Robarge Families

Cindy was always so vibrant and full of life and love - she will be missed by all who knew her and knew of her. What a beautiful soul, called back to heaven far too quickly. May God's love and many wonderful memories of Cindy bring you comfort in your hours of need. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Karnish & Robarge families - There are no words to comfort you for how you are feeling now. Know that eventually each day the pain subsides, however there will not be a day that goes by that Cindy does not run through your mind. Memories are good. Talk about her often and laugh at all the silly things that made her who she was. These are God's greatest gifts for you and everyone she touched at one time or another. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all.

Much Love, Greg, Jen, Ethan and Lillian

You were always lots of fun to be around. I have many good memories of you. I remember that I would practically go to your house everyday during the summer to swim and stuff with Cameron. I promise to always be friends with her and to help her and Jourdain out as much as possible. Thank you for all the fun times. I remember how much you loved dances and loved helping Cameron and I and all of our friends ready. We all miss you and will love you forever.

Those We Love Remain Part of us "Our loved ones leave the world, but never our hearts." Cindy, You will always be remembered. You will always be loved. So much has changed, but so much will always be cherished. Don, In Sympathy No time on earth is long enough to share with those we love or to prepare our hearts for good-bye. May time soften the pain until all that remains is the comfort of memories and the love, always the love. God Bless and take care.

Dearest Karnish Family,

I followed Cindy's journey thru Marc Anthony's Fan Club (MAC). I'm still in shock w/this. God be with you all in this time. And I'm sure she'll be in glory hearing Marc's songs playing for her during her services. I in turn will play a few in her memory as well on Tue and Wed. Please stop at our MAC site - we have alot of love/support there for you and your precious daughters. I'm sure she'll love to see her MAC package items on display as well and the bracelet wish she could wear it...

God bless,

I love you Shambles! I'll miss you forever. I'll never forget your kindness and friendship and emails about our similar personal life experiences - and of course helping me see Marc in concert. We were like silly little schoolgirls - banging on the van window when we saw Aaron walking outside the arena - I'm heartbroken you're gone and I'm sorry we hadn't been in touch for a while.

Miss you always Cindy
