Pat Shook Obituary

Shook, Pat, passed away suddenly on January 27. Pat was born in South Bend, Indiana on October 7, 1935. She has been a resident of Yorba Linda for almost 50 years. Pat retired from the radiology department at the Fullerton Internal Medical Clinic. During her life she was a member of the Littlest Angel Hospital Guild, served on the board of the Yorba Linda Library and was a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church for over 20 years. Pat was a devoted wife, loving mother, doting grandmother, aunt and the world's best sister. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Ralph; her daughters, Julie Shook of Anaheim Hills and Leslie Rascher of Elk Grove, California; her son-in-law, Doug; her grandchildren, Grace and Andrew; her sister, Judy Haughton of Alamo, California and many nieces and nephews. Her gentle spirit and loving kindness will be missed by many. A memorial service and celebration of her life will be held at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Orange on Thursday, February 1, at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her niece through: Mission to the Americas, 2530 Washington St., Denver, Colorado 80205. Please include "Jill Shook" on the memo line of your check.

I am so glad that Pat and Ralph came to the Fullerton Union High School All-Alumni luncheon last March to see their classmates. Pat looked so happy and vibrant.
