Phil, my friend. Thanks for 29 years of unconditional love and many memorable Sunday morning rides, except for the projectile one. Your friendship and loyalty are unwavering, your spirit unstoppable, your gifts freely shared, your fight inspiring, even when it seemed impossible. The last handshake, the last hug, I'll remember, and I hope they gave you courage for the last ride. Sorry you had to leave early, but I'll catch up. See you soon. Kevin

Phil was a great friend. He always would drop whatever he was doing to help you out. Omar is having a difficult time without Phil there to constantly love him. His last years were a constant struggle to keep up with him disease process and he was very frustrated with the disease winning and no amount of Phil's will power and determination would at times slow it down.
Watch over us all Phil, I love and miss you.

Yes, we all did lose a very gifted soul and a dear, caring friend. Phil, if you are watching over us, we love you. You were my "little brother."
