Wow...I had no idea that this page existed. Knowing would've helped much more in our time of need. Marcia was my sister...and I'm missing her very much right now. However, to God be the Glory...because I know that by faith I will live to see her once again...with God in heaven!!! Glory to God!
Shanice Andrea, & Jasmine are excelling, doing very well, despite the odds that were set against them. They also miss their mother, but they are Believers in Christ, and are confident that they will also meet their mother again in heaven! Praise God!

The origin of the name Marcia is latin. Its meaning is "brave".
How fitting I thought as I read this woman's journey last February. Who amongst us no matter how secure we were in God's presence, love, and plan for us wouldn't be just a little scared? For in being a parent Ms.Glover-Banks was much more--she was a mother, and this alone makes it even harder to remain brave, knowing you will not be there to help your children through the moments we all go through growing up--the good and the bad.
An incredibly beautiful woman, whose inspiration, courage, and character have instilled in her daughter's more by her death, than most people could hope to instill in a full life. Blessings

A mother's love will never die...To Andrea, Shanice and Jasmine hold on to those memories and when you become great women as I am sure that you will be...you will remember all that she taught you and you will then be able to pass that on to your own...God Bless all three of you for your strength and all that you gave to your mother while she was here.

"I will bless the Lord at all times, his praise shall continously be in my mouth." I was amazed at the strength and courage that this young mother of three had when I saw her on television sharing her story. She had the strength that she did because she knew that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. To her beloved daughters and family members during this time of loss, be comforted in knowing that your mother, daughter, sister, friend, Marcia suffers no longer. God bless and keep you all.

I read the article back in February and was moved by the story and courage and just thought to myself a couple of days ago, "I wonder how's the mother of the three girls were doing." May God bless the girls and continue to strive.
