Allen Ayscue Obituary


Allen R. Ayscue HENDERSON - Allen Ray Ayscue, 65, a resident of the 300 block of Vincent-Hoyle Road, died Aug. 9, 2008, at his home. Born Feb. 28, 1943, in Franklin County, he was the son of the late Aaron Ayscue and Pattie Lou Faulkner Ayscue. He was formerly employed with Stihl Corp. in Virginia Beach. He is survived by son, Aaron Ayscue of Willis, Texas; three daughters, Stephanie A. Roys of Texas, Angela A. Faught of Columbus, Ohio, and Alicia Ayscue of Willis; one brother, Ralph Ayscue of Moyock, N.C.; one sister, Ruby A. Hammons of Ellenwood, Ga.; and three grandchildren. The family will receive friends today from 7 until 8:30 p.m. in J.M. White Funeral Home. At other times, they will be at the home of Louise Ayscue at 331 Vincent-Hoyle Road. A service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home's chapel by his great-nephew, Finley Neal. Burial will follow in the Pernell Family Cemetery in Alert. Serving as active pall bearers will be Dennis Boone, Bruce Stewart, Walter Lawton, Tony Finch, Michael Ayscue, Michael Ayscue II, Tyler Dellinger and Tracy Ayscue. The family would like to thank his sister-in-law, Louise Ayscue and nephew, Mike Ayscue, for all the care they gave him.
