Mrs. Lee, Laura, & Monica:
To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Mr. Lee is in excellent hands now. May the peace of God continue to strengthen you as you say goodbye to your African King & hero, "The Duke". We will keep you in our prayers.

To Laura:
Keep your head up & keep smiling. Know that trials come to make you stronger, and you're a lot stronger than you think. If you need to talk, laugh, cry, or need me to make your favorite macaroni & cheese; if you need anything, please call me. I'm always here for you!

For Mrs. Lee and Rose Brooks (sister of Mr. Lee)

The passing of your husband and brother saddens our hearts also. We knew of the love Mrs. Brooks had for her brother and how concerned Mrs. Brooks was before his passing. Our prayers are with the family and I trust that with each awakening morning, the pain of the loss will be somewhat eased. Mrs. Brooks, know that we love you, we are praying for you and that you are a part of our extended family at Old Dominion University.
