My thoughts are with the family. I am a childhood friend of Sean and grew up with the family. I have great memories of Mr. (Pat) Janezeck while we were growing up. I had the pleasure of seeing him often when I was hired by the City of Va Beach in 1995. I remembered he worked for the City. We ended up working in the same building 25 years later. He will be missed.

Dearest Fran, Sean, Doug, and Jason,
I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Janezeck's passing. He was my boss, mentor, friend, and sometimes Dad. He was a great man who saw the develpment of this city through its highest growth period and was instrumental in making it a wonderful place to live. He taught me more than anyone what zoning is all about. He will be greatly missed by anyone who ever knew him. I am truly sorry for your loss.
All my love,
Faith

Pat was a good and thoughtful man who I had the pleasure of working with for many years. May the good memories sustain you through this difficult time and may god bless him for the good he did.

To Doug and his family,
I was extremely sorry to hear of your fathers passing. I don't know if your aware of it or not, that he and my dad worked together for the City of Virginia Beach.
My dad would often stop and chat with your dad and that's how I got to know him. He was a great guy. I know that they're up in heaven sharing a story or two. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in your great loss.

May God comfort your family in the days, months and years to come. I met Mr. J in 1989 and it was truly a pleasure to talk with him about work or life in general.
Remember those precious memories and times shared.
