Frank Moody Obituary
Frank H. Moody NORFOLK - Frank Hugh Moody, 66, of the 800 block of Little Bay Ave., died Aug. 14, 2008, in a Norfolk hospital. A native of Franklin, Va., he was retired from Norfolk Naval Shipyard as a technical manager. Survivors include his wife, Elaine Farris; a daughter, Shannon Moody of Nags Head, N.C.; a son, Shawn Moody of Chesapeake; a stepdaughter, Page Brandon of Clover, S.C.; five sisters, Odell McFarland of Portsmouth, Mary Ellen Romanczyk of Chesapeake, Gracie Mahoney of Anchorage, Alaska, Bertha Foster of Portsmouth and Sue Bell of Virginia Beach; two brothers, Thomas Moody and Willard Moody, both of Portsmouth; two grandchildren, Hannah and Abby Moody; and a godson, Quinton Adams. A funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. www.SturtevantFuneralHome.com.
